Have a look at the boss guy on the right. How would you communicate successfully with him?

For a start, hes the boss and everyone knows. “Lets work as a team and do it my way”.

He is in charge and directing everything. Its all about results.

Some people in the office will not appreciate his hard line and sharp edges.

You will recognise him by his power clothes, direct eyes and to the point language.

Have a look at his desk. “He” has a lot to sort out. This energizes him. However its also means self imposed stress which left unmonitored ends with stress related illnesses.

DO NOT embarrass this man in public. He wont get mad …he will get even.

Make a mistake once….DO NOT make a mistake twice.

However this person is also a high flier who makes things happen. He like winning and having a team of ‘go getters’ around him.
