Kevin lives in the Waikato, an area know for its rich soil that make for some of the world's finest dairy products. In fact Kevin's childhood was spent on one of these dairy farms learning how to manage the land at a very young age.

 

Close to the Waikato are beaches and natural rain forests. Forests that have stood for generations where solitary walks contemplating the natural beauty is easily done. The Coromandel Peninsular is well know for its forests and hideaway coves. In summer this outcrop of land is a popular place for Kiwi's (the people that is!) to holiday in. But you never feel like you are in a crowd. With only a population of just over 4 million people, and with most of those living in Auckland, New Zealands largest city, New Zealand is a place of unspoilt natural beauty.
